Grand County Professional Staff


Rick Donham is a Licensed Professional Counselor and holds the position of Grand County Team Supervisor. He earned a B.S. in Social Science from Indiana State University and a Master's Degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in Counseling Psychology /Alcoholism Rehabilitation. Mr. Donham has more than twenty-five years experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment in Missouri, Colorado and Utah. He provides supervision for mental health and substance abuse treatment and services as well as prevention programs and does individual counseling. He has a special interest in multi-systemic settings and supervised other professionals before joining Four Corners in 1999


Terry Galen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Masters of Social Work from Smith College School for Social Work. Ms. Galen serves as the Managed Care Coordinator, as an emergency worker and as an outpatient therapist. She is responsible for screening and following all inpatient admissions. She joined Four Corners in 1987. Ms. Galen has special interest and expertise in crisis intervention and working with individuals who are seriously and persistently mentally ill and in trauma.


Dr. Gen Numaguchi is a licensed Psychologist. He earned a B.S. in psychology with honors and a minor in music from Carnegie Mellon University, a Masters Degree and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Utah. He completed Doctoral Internship at the VA Medical Center in Salt Lake City. Dr. Numaguchi provides individual and group therapy and has over ten years experience in the field. He joined the Four Corners Grand County team in 1999. His clinical interests include substance abuse treatment, post- traumatic stress disorder and personality disorders.


Bill Carter is a licensed registered nurse. He earned his BSN degree from the University of Utah in 1988. Before coming to Four Corners he gained valuable experience working in nursing management, hospitals, clinics, and nursing education settings. Bills professional interests include client education, treatment standards for chronic illness, and pyschoneuroimmunology. He came to Four Corners in 2004.


Debra Officer is Willow’s Residential Case Manager, attended College of Eastern Utah and Utah State University at the Moab campus. She lives in Castle Valley and has been an off and on resident of the Moab area since 1977. She has been working in affordable housing, grant writing, and property management field for 12 years. Ms. Officer is very excited to work with FCCBH, and the Willow’s residents and staff. She enjoys traveling, reading, crafts, and spending time with her two grown daughters.


Riata Ganino serves as the Secretary II at the Grand Center, joining our staff in November of 2006. She is one of three support staff members who are responsible for front office Customer service and relations, data input and management, medical records, payment receipts and tracking. She has an A. S. Degree majoring in Psychology and A.A.S. Degrees in Business Administration and Marketing Management from the College of Eastern Utah. Her special interests are: her family and the study of or deep conversations about psychology, philosophy, theology, mythology, mysticism.
