DUI Services

DUI assessment services and classes are available to any resident of Emery County who is in need of taking these classes because they have received a DUI traffic ticket. This consists of a Utah State Certified DUI Instructor administering the assessment and conducting the sixteen (16) hours of DUI classes.

Who is eligible: Anyone residing in Emery County who has a DUI is eligible to take these classes.

Fees: A fee of $250.00 is charged for the assessment and classes. This fee must be paid upfront unless prior arrangements are made, but must be fully paid before a person receives the certificate of completion. Insurances do not pay for DUI classes.

How to access these services: You can call 1-435-381-2432 or come by the office at 45 East 100 South, Castle Dale, Utah 84513 to sign up for the DUI assessment and classes. What to expect: One completes a simple application and is assigned to a DUI instructor for the assessment. As soon as four or more people are ready to take a class a new class begins. Classes are held in Castle Dale at the above address as well as in Green River at the Emery County Sheriff's Office. The Utah State approve curriculum with the required sixteen hours of class work is what is taught by the licensed instructors. At the end of the sixteen hours a certificate of completion is awarded.
