• Psychosocial
  Rehabilitation Services are dedicated to helping individuals who have a serious mental illness live a meaningful and fulfilling life. Services are intended to assist individuals in the recovery process while maintaining a sense of dignity and positive self worth.
• Skills Development
  helps individuals build basic living skills needed to live in a community setting, including money management, food preparation, housekeeping or grooming and assisting with development of interpersonal and social skills.
• Case Management
  Services assist individuals obtain needed community and entitlements.
• Medication Management
  is provided by registered nurses who help individuals obtain and manage their medications. The nurses work under the direction of the psychiatrist to coordinate psychiatric care and link individuals to needed medical services provided by private medical providers.
• Can-Do-Crew offers
  individuals part time supported employment.
• Community Outreach
  Team provides psychosocial services to individuals who have a severe and persistent mental illness who needs have not been adequately met by traditional office based services. Find out more

  is a psychosocial rehabilitation program that has been certified by the International Center for Clubhouse Development. This program provides a restorative environment for people who are recovering from a mental illness while providing vocational and social support. Find out more
