DUI Services

DUI assessment services and classes are available to any resident of Carbon County, who is in need of taking these classes because they have received a DUI traffic ticket. This consists of a Utah State Certified DUI Instructor administering the assessment and conducting the sixteen (16) hours of DUI classes.

Who is eligible:
Anyone residing in Carbon County, who has a DUI, is eligible to take these classes.

Fees:
A fee of $250.00 is charged for the assessment and classes. This fee must be paid upfront unless prior arrangements are made, but must be fully paid before a person can receive the certificate of completion. Insurances do not pay for DUI classes.

these services: You can call 1-435-637-2358 or come by the office at 575 East 100 South, Price, Utah 84501 to sign up for the DUI assessment and classes.

What to expect:
You complete a simple application and are assigned to a DUI instructor for the assessment. The Utah State approved curriculum, with the required sixteen hours of class work is taught by licensed instructors. At the end of the sixteen hours a certificate of completion is awarded.
